Reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and find your community. Postpartum & Play is a movement and connection class designed for mothers and their pre-crawling babies (though all babies 12 months and younger are welcome!).
Together, we’ll dive into gentle, restorative exercises designed to rebalance your body and support your baby’s physical development. Whether you're actively moving with your baby, feeding on the floor, or simply resting while supporting your little one's movement, this space is built for real life - crying, feeding, and pausing included.
What You’ll Experience:
- Â Restorative Movement: Learn targeted exercises to safely rebuild your core, pelvic floor, improve posture, and feel stronger lead by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
-  Baby-Inclusive Play: Discover gentle techniques to balance and support your baby’s body alongside your own.
- Â Real Connection: Meet local mamas who get it. Share the joys, the struggles, and everything in between.
Motherhood takes a village. Come find yours.
Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
Meet the Doc
Dr. Hillary O’Connor, founder of The Wellness PT is a pelvic floor physical therapist that treats differently than your average PT. She teaches women to move without leaking, pain, or fear through a whole body approach. She developed a passion for pelvic health after her own postpartum experience where she realized the lack of guidance and support for women. When she's not seeing clients you can find her chasing around her toddler and infant, in the kitchen whipping up something delicious, or outside soaking up the fresh air. Her office is located inside of Creative Touch Boutique in Alexandria, MN. With the evidence-based approach and techniques she uses, she is able to offer virtual visits to woman around the globe.
Come Join Us
The average co-pay for physical therapy is $50 and can take months to get into. You will learn how to manage your own symptoms + play with your baby through purposeful movement at a fraction of the cost.
