Some hacks to stop leaking when you sneeze

-Stand on one leg

-Weight shift

-Shift one knee longer than the other

The quick change in position allows for those front pelvic floor muscles to contract to support the big change in pressure that happens with a sneeze

This isn’t isn’t a solution to peeing when you sneeze

This is a tool to use while you work to improve the position of the pelvis so the muscles can work optimally

When you allow the muscles to be in the right position, they can handle that pressure change much easier
